Eugene's location doesn't strike me as a glaring error. He was outside, so *shrug*. It's true that our reaction to stuff would depend on whether we generally like or dislike the show. Something we handwave on a show we like, we blow it up on a show we dislike, no matter how insignificant. A character in danger on a show we like is tense, but it's laughable on a show we dislike, even if the situation is exactly the same. Breaking Bad had it's share of logical problems, but I ignore them because I loved it.

On the Talking Dead, there was a little factoid pop-up stating this was the first episode to feature only one walker since the episode with Dale's death.

my favourite part was the ridiculous contrivances just to set up sasha being a zombie and i guess distracting people for a couple of seconds. like when she chooses to take the trip in the fuckin coffin cause shes sleepy and negans like 'YEAH THATS MY GIRL'.

Nah, if you're relying on viewers to create drama for you you aren't doing a very good job of writing material. The reason the walking dead doesn't get any slack is because every episode is a hack job.

Making Eugene into a legit traitor shows me again that they have no idea how to utilize what could be the best character in the show. Eugene megaphoning some dumb Eugene-code that only Tara could interpret would be funny to me. Lycus fucked around with this message at 01:19 on Apr 6, 2017 |

We already saw that with how he gave Sasha the pill, and it appears Negan thinks he is responsible for that. The whole reason Eugene is ok with Negan is because he didn't have to be afraid of dying to a bat all the time. Negan just made it clear he thinks Eugene is responsible for Sasha's death, so now Eugene will be afraid of dying to a bat. That's the set up for his betrayal next season.

Do you honestly think a gunfight of PTSD suffering ex Walgreens employees would even look half as cool as what we saw? Firing a gun (well) is loving hard. I've always enjoyed the level of detail the set armourer does with weaponry but laugh a little when I see Darrell using a rifle with a barrel shroud that I didn't even know existed. Which means it was probably made very recently.

There weren't any walkers drawn to the gunfight because the Saviors are actually the good guys, doing a competent job of wiping out the dead to create a safer world.

I assume Gregory tipped of Neegan, which means he knows Rick was organizing all the towns, what the gently caress does Rick have to do before Neegan decides to punt on ruling through fear with him? Would have made more sense to shoot Carl and Rick and tell everyone else that's what happens to traitors.

Serial authors back in the 1800s were heavily suspected of bowing to public pressure and changing stories in between releases. I'm pretty sure some admitted to it, but I'm not gonna go digging. So yea, Chuck Dickens was a hack.

Not sure why Neegan was impressed at Eugene's construction of a round that failed to pierce a baseball bat a few feet away, even a 9mm.
