Every character is boring except Grampa Drack and Reyes. ALSO they still haven't fixed the "upgrade the Nomad's shield regenerators" bug or the "go see Addison and her Russian guy" quest yet. Also also I played the contagion quest and loved it even though it involved running around a bunch of places.

I mostly just hate Shockwave.

Honestly shockwave's not bad right now. In multi at least it's saved my life a lot. I may take the 6th point out of arms and toss it to level 3 there. In singleplayer I'll probably never use it though. The weirdest thing about vanguards for me in 3 is the rhythm is a lot different, but it's really frenetic and fun.

Lob an Incinerate at the guy you're gonna Charge, Lance if your Incinerate Primed someone else nearby.

Charge's big downside though is that half the enemies in the goddamn game keep walking into the terrain so you can't hit them. gently caress you observers get out of the tower already

Yeah Charge is not that useful in the open-world fights, I typically use a Sentinel profile with Incinerate/Overload/Energy Drain when I'm doing open world stuff. On actual missions where you fight in buildings or whatnot, then it's Charge Time.
