What little we've seen suggests Trump actually bumps up Republican turnout a lil but Dems can ride the back of the hate wave to mobilize voters. Flipping the house in 2018 requires the dem establishment to actually treat midterms like an important election and not poo poo the bed, and that's something I quite frankly don't have a lot of confidence in
