I did Keto for 2 months and once I got used to it, I really didn't mind it. I lost a lot of weight that I was carrying while my wife was pregnant. Plus I got to eat a lot of bacon and eggs. I didn't check my old vs new cholesterol though. So anecdotally it worked for me.

One caveat for doing keto is that you really need to keep a close eye on your sodium intake because it can add up real quick

another thing about tomatoes is it makes me think im getting more to eat than i am. I am a voracious eater. Like...I hella eat. i can put down absurd amounts of food. ive been doing RP just like 8 days now and I'm down 7 pounds already.

Trouble is some of the people who are regretting voting for trump are regretting it because he's not slashing and burning through the social safety net fast enough, not throwing all the foreigners out fast enough, not starting an international trade war, etc. e.g. they're still idiots and maybe even stupider than the people who still like Trump as an ineffective failure. I'm not big on baseball but the Giants are my hometown team and I actually saw Barry Bonds hit a home run into mccovey cove live at pacbell park and I still don't give a poo poo about him. You might as well be a super big fan of lance armstrong, it's the same thing. Everyone was terrified of him because he stood out because he juiced while most players didn't and therefore couldn't engender that kind of terror. If everyone roided up, the game would be different and Bonds would have been a pretty good player but not a superstar. Whatever though if you want to admire someone who cheated their way to stardom that's fine whatever. I've always had good results with it. This is primarily because I can't work out at all right now with my elbow. It's amazing how much that fucks things up. I just need to like....control something.
