YES. I don't remember what Microwave did, at all, like MS paint adventures or something, but I think he just happened to post that pic in the process of being a GBS superstar and then a bunch of goons couldn't shut up about how badly they wanted to gently caress his stepmom, which freaked him out, and him freaking out obviously made legions of goons join in on teasing him.
