Hmm yes. But where could they find such a defenseman?? 🤔

Dunno but I'm sure we can trade Sergachev and Galchenyuk to find one

It's pretty rad. We sit in 303 which is the section that starts the chants so it's always pretty loud around us but you definitely start to feel the building shaking in the playoffs.

I gotta say, a good skating defenseman who could take the puck and turn it up the ice from the defensive zone sure would help the Canadiens...Weber has looked worse than Girardi when it comes to puck movement in the defensive zone
Well they used to have P. K. Subban who sounds exactly like that type of defenseman, but they traded him for Shea Weber. Pretty ironic considering your post.

Fleury might have a good save percentage but the's still out of position all the time and giving up insane rebounds. Still playing the puck directly to the other team, too. He's just nerve-wracking to watch.

he might be out of position and giving up insane rebounds, but he's keeping the puck out of the net despite pretty relentless scoring chances, and without a whole lot of help from the D

don't get me wrong, i still want him to get bought out (or traded lol) after this season, and want murray back as the starter as soon as he's healthy. but you might have a bit of a blind spot if you're watching these games and thinking "if only MAF were better!" when he's putting up a 0.933 while maatta, daley and cole are just standing around

if we have to keep playing MAF, who knows, maybe he'll regress, and i'll be the first to say how much he sucks. but until then, gently caress it we've got an average goalie on a hot streak and let's not take that poo poo for granted

I just think he's been lucky that more of his mistakes haven't been costly. Nothing in his past points to him being able to sustain anything close to 933.

N: Sharks blow 3-1 lead, lose 4-3 in OT

V: Honestly, I'm just done after tonight's game. I felt positive going into the game, but I stopped watching after it was 4-0, and seeing it end up 7-0 just makes things worse. All those positive feelings are gone. That was the worst game the Oilers played all season, and it's beyond frustrating when the Oilers had been the better team in the series, could've been up 3-0 if they didn't fall asleep in Game 1, and instead now they're tied 2-2. But there's no chance in hell they're winning another game in this series. They're done. Stick the :fork: in them, they aren't coming back.

At least we made the playoffs, at least we won 2 games, and at least the Flames still suck more than we do. Now hopefully Chiarelli does some work in the off-season to make us better, because this team isn't going far the way they are right now.

Congrats on your series win, Sharks fans.

They don't call it the most dangerous lead for nothin.

I guess i'm kinda glad the oilers tanked game 4 so they didn't go up 3-1 in the series. At least now they have a shot.

I had already made my peace with the Oilers losing the next two games after Game 4, so holy poo poo I can't believe it right now. I can't believe that they came back to tie the game, then just flat out dominated the Sharks in OT and got the win we they deserved.

I still fully expect the Sharks to take Game 6, and then who the gently caress knows what will happen in Game 7. But even if we lose the next 2 games, the fact we came back and pushed it to 7 after that horrible Game 4 is still really great.

e: vvv I use we and they interchangeably when referring to the Oilers, so what. :colbert:
