Julien hasn't been around for that long and the zone transitions look much better. Hopefully he can unfuck AGally & co during training camp and the early season. Or right now too, I wouldn't mind.

Price is going to replace Hank now as the guy who gets nominated every time no matter what.

Pornographic Memory posted:https://twitter.com/renlavoietva/status/855913399926095872 Dubnyk and Price actually had similar stats to end the season, so I think a combination of Price being more well known for being a great goalie + Dubnyk's struggles happening at the end of the season is why Price took the nomination over Dubnyk. I would've loved for Talbot to be a nominee, but alas.

Price's EV% was significantly better, but we know drat well the voters don't look at that.

Can't wait for the snoozefest that the Preds and Blues are gonna put on. Conversely, can't wait to watch a cage match between two elite goaltenders.

Worse team, better SV% with similar GAA, and the difference in wins and shutouts are close enough they shouldn't make a difference.

God drat it owns to see Subban in the second round and Weber feebly chasing a puck slowly going into his own empty net as the Habs are eliminated in the first round.

It's also literally as every single HAS poster had predicted. In hindsight it was a favor to PK. Traded to a much better team not run by people who would choose the coach over the star player.

I'm aware that the Leafs will be out by the end of tomorrow but it's still nice to know that the Habs are objectively worse.

Uhh... not sure how both teams going out in 6 makes one "objectively worse". Less hopeful, sure, but I'm sure the next 5 years of Leafs "almosts" will make up for that.

Every game this series minus one has basically been 50/50 and that one very well could have gone to overtime had the team not shot itself in the foot with a stupid turnover. Anything can happen
