So what is the deal with the cult of personality around Joe "Creepy uncle" Biden? Sure, he's not Hillary but I don't see the greatness other than he has kept going even though he has been through some pretty big tragedies. Was it that people read all those quite funny onion articles about him and started taking that poo poo seriously?
