Yeah that would be normal, granted I don't have anything booked.

This seemed more like "We're behind schedule on shipping and need it done yesterday. Are you down to just rip through this app and get it finished?" but we'll find out next week when I go on-site! Worst-case I get some white boarding practice out of it.

but I'm a weirdo that got a perfect score on a dumb C trivia test one recruiter gave me (knowing what the auto keyword does in C is actually wasting brainpower that could be used for something useful)

it was a custom test made by the company with nothing but code exercises
