afaik the MP gore and gibbing was removed/toned down post-WaW due to hardware limitations because of the multiple character models in BO1 and future Treyarch titles. Maybe they'll bring it back for BO4 since it won't be shackled to last-gen versions, but at the same time they probably won't bother since very few people remember or care about it.

Uh, BO3 has loads of bloody violence. Like some of the Specialist weapons gib people. Sometimes limbs fly off, too. The previous two games didn't have it because of memory issues. WAW gave up weapon camos for it.

I was really looking forward to them going back to WWII, but based off that trailer I am less than enthused. It looked so boilerplate. I agree with the idea that it looks like the COD that made it to Gamecube. I remember enjoying it but even then I knew it was pretty underwhelming. I don't know why I expected this game to be any different. Sucks they gave this to Sledgehammer, the makers of Advanced Warfare, the lamest COD game I've ever played.
