Just a question, but if the ref had seen that, could have he had blown for a penalty because it was in the area or since it was a dead ball it is only a cardable offense?

Think the rule on this is a goal followed by a red card and a penalty until all the blues were sent off and relegated following a points deduction for not fielding enough players in the next game

That makes me wonder what happens if a player takes off his shirt in the run of play do they stop the game and award a free kick or do they just play advantage and wait for the next stoppage and issue a card?
