Back of the neck, and they have to cut out a good chunk of flesh for it to matter. Hence the disposable box-cutter swords, and the dual-weilding. Smaller ones can take similar wounds from gunfire so the flying around and cutting is mostly for the building-scale ones. It's a good show, mostly about tactics and logistics and politics and people making lovely choices. Shame about your introduction to it.
