And under the turntable I kept my skin mags. You had to disassemble the bottom of the turntable to get to them. It was the only way to keep them safe. I have no idea what happened to any of that stuff. I hope someone got a crappy turntable from a church sale or something and discovered the stash of 80s porn in it.

I've still got one of those tape adapters, but that's only cause family business is used cars. . . so tape only shows up sort of frequently and radio around here blows goats when having to drive them back from the auction.

that happened to my tape adapter on a road trip and it was driving me insane that every song was like 20 seconds of music then *cut out* CLICK VRRRR KSHNK CLACK WRRRRR CLAK *music back* so i pried it open with a screwdriver and took out all the little gears and put it back together and it's worked perfectly ever since.

My buddy's car had a missing cig lighter, and the cig lighter hole was straight up and down on the little section between seats. A quarter fell down there, blew the fuse, and just sort of made the bottom of that hole its new home.
