What's the actual test he has to pass? I heard "complete 10 laps" but surely there must be some sort of minimum speed requirement.

They are being more aggressive with his program than i was expecting. Fully expected them to wait until the 15th to go through ROP with the rest of the field, and just use today as an acclimation day... instead hes done with ROP completely before noon.

Yeah, but it's not really a surprise, is it? F1 World Champions don't need ease into anything. He was 110% prepared for this. Getting up to 220 on a private test day was going to be pretty easy. Running with other cars, that'll be the real first test.

3 turns out of the front wing and down a quarter on the wicker during this stop. I imagine the heavier air with this weather front is making more downforce, but thats a pretty big reduction. Didnt really expect trimming out today. Cool.
