I've been trying Greymane and it feels like his 'toss drinks forever' build is way more effective than any of the other options. Is there something I'm missing or should I just be defaulting to that with the 'extra stuff from W' talents at the appropriate levels?

Greymane should spend most of his time at range and only go in for finishers, which means he'll probably get more out of ranged talents. I've been dived by Greymanes a lot at full health in a Gazlowe bunker and it didn't go very well for them. But if it's like a lone Jaina or something then just go ham.

What did Andariel do? I remember a poison fan and a single target poison that hurt. Also there's no way they'd make Andariel without a major redesign. Cydaea I think was on the list, though. Adria from the D3 expansion also had a cool body horrorish design, and Urzael as an artillery mage would be cool and release more Diablo characters is my point here.

So it's pretty common for Unranked Draft teams to go tankless or healerless or both, huh? I'm not going to get mad, people can play what they want. But I think in all the UD I've played today my side has had both twice. (I'm often one or the other.)

Been a while since I was in gold now (knock on wood), but last I was there you could win just fine with no tank and no healer comps. It's not optimal, but it doesn't become a major issue unless the enemy team is adapting to take advantage.

I ended up at platinum 4 and promoted to 3 after placements, and have been having a 90% good time in HL. I'm not sure what happened, but people are communicative in drafts, pings are reasonable/people seem to keep an eye on the map, in game chat is kept to the game and nontoxic. It's loving weird.

We got friggin Probius, a generic worker unit, over actual popular Starcraft characters, so anything is possible. Diablo is my favorite Blizzard property so I definitely want to see more characters from it. Two main ones I want to see are Duriel and Blood Raven. Duriel would definitely need an ult that lags everyone. Blood Raven would be an sort of Valla/Xul hybrid with fire attacks and the ability to summon undead minions. Or if they' want to rework her abilities from DII, I can see an AA character with high self-sustain (leeching attacks).

Personally I always wait and see what my team doesn't have and choose accordingly but that's kind of what I play the draft modes for, to narrow down my choices so it's easier for me to choose something.
