Just report in game and move on or if you want to take it a step further you can send a report to Battleye. You're never going to get that satisfaction of seeing the ban dealt anyway so there is no sense in getting burnt up by it. Like Hard has said multiple times in the thread(s), just report em and trust in the system.

Matches require 3-5 rounds minimum for completion, with a potential of 9 rounds, depending if it's casual or ranked. Each round is 4 minutes in casual, 3 in ranked. It all depends if one team is dominating or if teams are trading wins back and forth.

I've had ranked games take longer than 15-20 minutes. I'd say a safe bet is around 30 minutes, taking into account the loading times, operator select, drone phase and round times. But if teams are getting wins each and it bounces back and forth, they can last longer. Casual lasts as long as you want, as you can leave and requeue any time AFAIK with no penalties.

To kinda summarize what others are awkwardly saying, most matches are 15-20 minutes. However some rare matches will be a draw for a long time and end up in double overtime, which ends up to 30 or a bit more. Average matches are definitely around 20 minutes in ranked and not around an hour. Its pretty fast compared to CSGO, there's far fewer rounds.

It won't go an hour. The very longest ranked games where it goes full overtime and a full 9 rounds are probably like 40 minutes. Half an hour for ranked, 20 minutes for casual is more standard I'd say.

It would be cool if when there was 1 minute left in the round the defenders were allowed to go outside. You're already pretty susceptible to that sort of aggressive peek on a lot of spots and it's a cool and fun mechanic.

Your best bet is to probably hop on the R6 Reddit Discord and try and find normal people to play with. There's a tonne of kids, mic breathers and general weirdos, but there's a few chill people. Just don't be afraid to tell someone to leave if they join your room and you don't like the sound of them.

I've had bad experience with Reddit discords (meme lords) that I've kind of just stopped using them. But assuming siege is better because the community seems to be better than other games.
