Can't you cut a little of the mesh off around the edges and iron it on a hankie or sock to see if it sticks?

Also, considering that the girls who grew up with Lisa Frank stuff in the 80s now have kids of thir own, it seems like a sure seller to put on kids clothes.

This was mostly bought for curiosity, the first thing im doing is taking a look inside. Looking at the customer feedback photos they looked real enough, no obvious misspellings etc. I wont be plugging anything from aliexpress in to my computer until ive seen whats inside
