I looked that storyline up in the OP and it was amazing. Ben Grimm--who is bulletproof and can go toe to toe with the Hulk--gets taken down with an ordinary wooden stick to the knee. So does Spidey, obviously, but that's basically par for the course by now. Even for this comic, though, it's crazy that Aunt May is all "oh, he's such a gentleman probably" while her arms are pinned and she's being dragged down under the earth.

He's been tapping into Aunt May's bank account!

Passion’s Wrench

mind the walrus posted:

If they were in Albuquerque heading to LA, why did they need to pass through Nevada? Regardless, they just drove about 12 hours with MJ not bothering to think about why they were going to LA anymore.
The scenery is Monument Valley which is near the 4 Corners area of Arizona and Utah, way far away from the Nevada / California border. The NV/CA border at I-15 is marked by a bunch of casinos in Primm NV so people can gamble right away, large reflective solar power plants on the CA side, and since they are driving south into CA they are going right into a mountain pass.

But it's NSM so I don't care. And if they decided to take a day trip to Vegas and did not get into Spider-Man shenanigans, I'm amazed.

Also autocorrect reminded me to capitalize Man in Spider dash Man.

Apparently in NSM-verse someone's scribbled signature is worthy of being a framed piece of artwork.

Also the back of Peter's head is facing a wall in panel 1, but in panel 2 he seems to have a window behind him.
