Just started playing this. Is the Samsung data pack still a thing ? I didn't get anything despite using a new Samsung phone. I'm still digging through the newbie guide. Does the guaranteed character from Chromium cards apply to the 350 crystal card or the 2520 pack ? It only says so for the 2520 pack in the store and I don't really plan to give them any money. Only thing I bought was the Dark Side starter pack for € 5.49 which included Greedo.

Fire Emblem does not have the depth of this here, it's also not out for even early as long. But I like the positioning and movement aspect on the tactical map inFE, while this game probably has much deeper team synergies. Ever. loving EVER. NEVER EVER EVER EVER. If you buy a pack, make sure it comes with guaranteed contents, and those contents are "worth the money." About the only thing worth the money right this second is maybe the Shoretrooper pack at 20 dollars. FAR AND AWAY, the best thing to spend crystals on is energy refreshes. With a decent top 100 arena ranking and clearing GW every day, you can usually net enough crystals to do 2 regular and 1 cantina refresh/day. If you decide to drop 20 bucks on a crystal pack, you can expand that to 4x Energy and 2x Cantina, maybe 3/3 depending on your priorities. This will allow you to farm gear and shards more quickly (it's a slog, it's always a slog). The moment you begin to feel that it's going to slow for you and you want to buy some Chromium packs... uninstall the loving game. Do not buy those packs, I SWEAR TO loving GOD.

7*ing toons is the goal, and it takes like a month to 7* any toon. A little faster for Galactic War and Cantina Battles, if you're burning refreshes on it. Longer for poo poo like hard-mode exclusives and guild currency/ship currency.

What am I supposed to do with the Ally Points I keep getting ? Dump them on cards or save them for something ? Also their customer service just sent me an apology, plus 500 crystals and an omega crafting mat. I have no idea why, but I will gladly take that

Go ahead and burn through them for the free bronzium cards. You get some pretty crap items 99% of the time but you can sometimes get a shard or a whole character very rarely. I too will gladly accept the free 500 crystals for no reason.

So I couldn't resist and bought that 8 card pack for 2.5K crystals, I think this is a good haul though. But I better stop spending now, while I'm ahead. Leia is 2* and the others are 3*. I also got that heavy gunner dude from Rogue One   No idea which of them are good though....
