Carly shook her glass, willing the ice to melt. "You still haven't told me what the mission is."

She leaned forward. "We are going to assassinate the bad men of Hollywood."

Come to think of it there are very few good games out there with motherhood as the prevailing theme. It's sad that the best example I can think of in recent times is freaking Bayonetta!

Oh wait right I dunno how I forgot but La-Mulana has a massive theme of Motherhood throughout the whole thing.

Planescape, meanwhile, has a small section devoted to motherhood in the form of that one alleyway. You know the one.

ya; I mean it's a game about child abuse and absentee fathers

bayonetta has a badass mom and comes from a matrilineal tradition of patriarchy-smashing witches so I guess it's sort of a mother's day game too

Until yesterday after finding one at a yard sale, I never knew these were a real thing and not just a creepy movie/toy/game prop. Turns out they were a toy in the 1950's.

Well, that aligns with the vibes I was getting. Which was, like, "normal" kinda vibes.
A bug in the PS4 version of Prey is preventing me from loading into an area necessary to comets the game, so I guess that's shelved until another patch comes out. That's incredibly frustrating.
