Most everywhere is hardcore about how much value you are allowed to own, excepting your own house and property, because so many voting olds end up relying on it eventually while still being the owner of a property they live in.

I just want to throttle these people and tell them that there's no luck counter, it doesn't just build up until you win.

Among other things, he claimed to be a gay adult convert to a Nation of Islam splinter group, living with a shut-in transgendered boyfriend in some squat in South Boston with a pirated internet connection. For reasons that are too long to go into (and would require significantly more backstory than I'm interested in typing right now) he convinced a lot of posters that the main reason he was an unemployable loser was his lack of decent interview clothing, and so managed to scam like $3000 off of good-natured idiots, which he then either blew on three pair of designer jeans or pocketed outright (his story changed several times). During all of this I, and many other LF posters, laughed at the marks who fell for it all.
