That was the first time I wanted to punch Cheever and Goodyear through my TV. I think even Bestwick was phoning it in, which he might as well at this point. Later, I saw a recap of how bad the coverage was later:

With countless other passes mentioned in afterthought or not even talked about at all.

I'm just praying that ABC doesn't ruin the huge opportunity that Indycar has with Alonso this year.

They showed Bourdais driving off into oval T4 with a busted rear end engine live, but the rest of that seems legit.

The last few races I've made it a point to have race control open so I could see the battles happening all through the field regardless of what TV was showing. For the GP I just wanted to watch a race on actual television for a change so I was in the other room away from the internet for most of the race. It's only then when I realized how lovely the coverage was. Apparently a lot of people at the track thought the race was pretty good. If you watched it on TV, you'd be forgiven for thinking it was a stinker.

Opening Day!

Rookie Orientation is from noon (in 18min!) to 2pm. Veach, Harvey, Jones, and some guy named Ferdinand or something. I believe Oriol, Karam, Saavedra, Lazier, Howard, and Chaves are eligible for some tracktime if everyone passes ROP quickly.

2pm-6pm: Everybody

Jones running a 'gapped' wicker on the rear wing. Pretty interesting design. The primary flow in the middle of each side of the wing has no wicker, but the sides and middle do. Thats pretty common on the front wings, but I don't think I've noticed that on the primary rear element before.

(expect a million posts from me today in this thread, i do not apologize)

I'd accept one monitor if I could get my work done on-the-road, but since I can't I'll have to settle for four

Hes running the Munoz line of a really deep, early apex under the white line, then exiting high. There is that split second every exit that looks like hes headed right at the wall.

The other common line is the one Oriol and such run, which is a long wide arc into a late apex and lower exit.
