Applied to the Corps. Coming from SF it seems like there's so much more to keep an eye on in this game. I'm terrible right now and it's going to take some adjusting. Game is great though. Love the multiverse aspect. Darn near always something to do.

Been trying out scarecrow, he's been good if I can keep people at arms reach and just combo off either his f21 into his command grab, sweep or antiair into grab, but once rushers get in I feel incredibly helpless. I need to know what's a good wakeup option with him.

Catwoman is way more fun than I thought she would be, may pick her up and drop Bane since relying on venom armor doesn't seem to cover how poor his poking game is beyond d1. Her strings are so drat rapid though it's really throwing me off

Can you actually equip items that change your stats in ranked? I'd assume they should be just the cosmetic attributes but I'm seeing changes in hp, strength, etc on character select.

Deadshot is pretty fukkin oppressive, though. Ran into one that i was able to beat a couple of times with my Green Arrow but I just couldn't get anywhere near him with my other other dudes. He's got this Low>Overhead which is incredibly fast: I knew it was coming every time and just couldn't block it! I'd either block the low and not be able to stand up in time to block the overhead, or i'd go to block the overhead too soon and eat the low. The timing required seems to be really, really short. Add to that that he has a midrange wake-up move and all kinds of other poo poo and yeah. gently caress deadshot.

Constantly requires up or down presses mid-string and her cat dash has the same stupid back>forward input as last time. She does crazy good damage, though, and her B3 is still by far the best one in the game.
