Yeah, this was really weak, and this is coming from someone who would likely give him a chance if he seemed sincere, in a heartbeat. Thunderfoot make alot of money from his patreon, although he lost a lot of support for making anti brexit/trump videos (Thundercuck etc) he still makes 3k per video. That's far more than Sargon or Atheist make. He can do stuff like jump off the rational crazy train or not even board it like with the trump madness because he can always fall back on his popular science videos.

The appeal of Murray is the idea that he seems to prove: Dumb <=> Poor <=> Black which is like the holy grail of conservative politics, all linked by the magic of IQ and meritocracy. The "dumb" part appeals to otherwise open-minded liberals who are often pretty meritocratic in their hearts, reinforced by academia and the professional world. If you want ur mom to stop liking Murray, just quote to her some of the poo poo at the end of The Bell Curve where he's talking about how we need clear draconian laws so stupid people aren't confused, and we need marriage to be powerful and regressive so that stupid people stay married, and we need to stop giving poor mothers money because we're just subsidizing stupid babies, and we need to stop immigration from stupid (brown-skinned) ethnicities.

I don't watch much PJW because his persona is almost as obnoxious as TL;DR. I watched the Tom Avella takedown of his modern culture video and even then, his manner of speaking made my teeth grind.
