That was fab. Roughead kicking the captaincy goal, Burger just dominating, newbies being great all over the field, Buddy kicking 5. We still have a long way to go but I want to see Cousins play every remaining game this year. So clean and poised.

I had a poo poo day, but I used the power of positive bullshit and believed in the Hawks and they pulled it off. It helps that Sydney played down to the level of the Hawks consistently, but gently caress I'll take it. Four(-and-six-)thorn is back, baby.

I can't believe the Swans lost that, that final thrust forward when they were still up and should have been a shot at goal, but instead was both a lovely decision by a garbageman and then lovely execution of that decision that turned into a Hawks goal, wowee.

Also there was a question about the deliberate/ruck nomination rule changes making the game a better spectacle with the answers yes, no, and don't care - stop changing the rules, I bet when they release the results they silently cut away the 'stop changing the rules part' so it shows most people don't care.
