I loving love this. But then again I like every track you post. You really nailed the synthwave sound and its cool to see it used so well in different genres.

The most recent track I've been working on. I'm not completely happy with bits of it, mostly because I've been refining it since I recorded this version but it has the vibe I'm looking for.

Oh here's a thread I've been looking for. I do more or less atmospheric electronic stuff with ambient touches. As it is my first time releasing personal stuff I highly appreciate every listener and piece of feedback I can get right now. I just put out two new tracks that tip the scale a bit more to the direction of future garage etc.

Here's something we've been working on. Pop/rock/baroque/something something hybrid. I'm not sure of the genre at all.

We wanted to make something that comments on world politics in general without being specific. Any thoughts?

There are some interesting ideas here but if I'm being honest, I don't like the sound of the main synth. It's just not my style. I'd like to hear this track with some kind of older analog synth being used. The melodies are cool just the particular instrument doesn't do it for me.

Yea it's not harsh this way. It sounds kinda 8-bit. I like this better. I could still see this though being recorded with some kind of sound off the Prophet-5 or similar.

Also, I like the plucked violin in the middle of this song. I think you have something here.

Danyull this song is great! I think that your newest production is a HUGE improvement. The first track was too muddy and distracted from the rawness of the song. The cleaner sound really brings out the beat and adds this bright energy. Less wall-of-sound and more get up and dance fool! Hats off man, I'm gonna share this song because I just feel cool listening to it.

I think you can improve the song, but really it already sounds finished. I noticed that something happens at the 50 second mark where the transition has a sudden level change with the guitar/bass. It feels like the floor drops out. The same transition happens at the 12 second mark, but it is noticeably smoother.

I think you intended is to soften the guitar so the vocals really stand out. I think keeping the bass constant may help with this.

What happens when you keep the bass at equal levels through the intro/verse/chorus? That might be a way to keep the transition super smooth and allow you to turn down the guitar at the same time.

Thank you so much dude, that's probably the nicest thing anyone's said about something I've made.

I definitely hear what you're talking about with the bass, but there's actually no volume automation on it as is. I think the problem might just be my inconsistent playing, I looked at the track with a level meter and for whatever reason it is about 3 dBs quieter on average starting with the second verse. Bass guitar is my weakest instrument since I only picked it up about a month ago so I still don't have it down as well as everything else. I'll see if turning it up a bit at that point helps, but I might just have to practice some more and re-record it.
