I repair poo poo just fine as Vanessa, it just takes like 10 seconds instead 4 or whatever. If Jason is on your rear end I feel like the slight time advantage more repair gives you is of questionable use. You usually the fix the car when when Jason isn't around.

What determines what CP you get? Because I earned over 3000 points tonight but only got 1000 CP. Unlocking poo poo's going to take forever. And I wish Sony'd hurry up and publish that drat patch so I could use my DLC outfits. Got another perfect game as Jason. On a hunch at one point, I warped over to one of the cars. Sure enough, I got there right as four of them had fixed it and were about to drive out of there. I pulled the driver out and killed her and the rest scattered as best they could, swearing up a storm. One of them circled back and hopped in the car while she thought I was distracted by the others. Pulled her back out of the car and killed her. Three others were hiding in a cabin and were whispering to each other like they thought I wouldn't be able to hear them that way.  There was a game where the Jason actually just stood there and told us how to kill him because he wanted us to see how cool the cutscene is. A few people ran off and got the necessary items while the rest of us just stood there and chilled with Jason, occasionally hitting him with a blunt object.

I've been mainly playing AJ and my biggest problem is that if Jason finds me, I pretty much cannot lose him if I don't have a pocket knife or weapon, and even then he will probably catch up to me again because her stamina is so low. Should I be hiding at that point? I'm not sure how to maximize playing with her high stealth

We were also messing around and experimenting with killing Jason while the servers were messing up and nothing was being logged. Doing that legit in a match is going to take some doing though. Even with four of us all in party chat it was a chore. Unless you can you use the sweater more than once?

So people spamming attacks on Jason as Jarvis goes in for the kill ruins it, huh? That's good, means it has to be highly co-ordinated. No way pubbies could pull that off. I have one complaint about the game. One HUGE complaint... And it isn't the fact they spelt Voorhees wrong in the "cooking with jason" achievement card. When you kill Jason...Tommy really should have put the mask on and went a bit mad again in homage to part 4/5 and just hacked Jason to bits. preferably with jason slowly sliding down the machete stuck in the side of his head too.

I cornered two guys in a cabin with one door and two windows, planting traps at each exit and daring them to make a choice. One of them took a chance and climbed out into a bear trap to let his buddy escape, so I grabbed him as he limped to the next cabin. "You like windows?" *throws headfirst through closed window*

So does Jason light up occupied cabins regardless of how stealthy someone is being, or does taking things slowly let you loot the place without getting detected? If you are the last alive I recommend getting as much points as possible or crouch walking places instead of hiding in a cabin with 2 hiding spots.

So I was wailing on Jason as Vanessa, but the attacks just went straight through him - he didn't even flinch. Was that because hitting people with Vanessa is a silly idea, or was there just some sort of lag? The lack of animation threw me.

During my last round as Jason I turned on Stalk as the last survivor was running away. He ran around the other side of a cabin, I guess hoping that he'd confuse me and thinking he had lost me. I simply walked in through the nearby door; right as he started climbing into a side room through the window, I calmly walked inside. He screamed and jumped right back out the window.

The different Jasons have different grip strength, and it seems like certain kills can't be performed if they're blocked by geometry or players so how fast you die also depends on whether Jason tries to move you for a kill. If he's got a kill immediately available and doesn't give a poo poo about extra XP for variety, you're probably hosed because he'll get you in less than a second. If he wants to haul you over to an environmental kill, that gives you a better chance.
