Anything below 5'10" is considered undersized in the NHL. Gerbe played in Europe this past season, so I guess the shortest NHL player is a tie between Zucc, Desharnais, and the Gionta brothers. I could swear they used to list Zucc as 5'6" a few years ago, but I'm pretty sure these numbers are inflated anyway. They also list Zucc at 179lbs, which maaaybe he weighs after a full off-season of weight training, otherwise it seems a little high.

I wish I cared enough about this series to give a spirited meltdown post to give the Preds some good luck, but unfortunately I don't.  What I will say is that the series isn't over. Preds still have 3 games at home, they're 7-1 at home and if they can do the needful and win all 3 games, then they just need 1 win in Pittsburgh to win the Cup. So all hope isn't lost just yet.

Yeah, the Preds can still come back, but I don't think they can bank on just home ice advantage. Pekka just needs to be better. Holy poo poo does Pekka need to be better. Preds need to not loving collapse. Preds need to close their chances and get on the scoreboard. Game 2 was really bad for Nashville, they have to do better or it's a 5 game series. also, I woke up this morning to find myself out of tequila.

This series is going to get competitive. The games were ridiculously close until until they weren't. If it is a blowout, it will be the inverse NBA Playoffs.
