Aldinis have an apartment i think, Nikumi's been shown being driven around in a limo so her folks probably live in the same city, Mimisaka's family is loaded so he probably has an apartment. I'd guess most of them have something like that.

tbh most Actual Chefs that I've encountered are really healthy, fit people. Everyone being toned and ripped is a stretch, but there not being too many big eater boys isn't as much of a stretch as it seems like it should be source: cousin is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, I've met a lot of people through him

Not everyone is a super fit person anyway, most of them seem to be fairly normal healthy weight teens. A couple seem pretty fit, like Naked Apron, but most don't. There's even fat people who are named characters.
