The joke is that she's part of a class that's used as prophets and seers, but she's flawed because she doesn't predict what's about to happen, she predict what's just happened.

They from the dlc? in every souls game but ds3 the armor featured on the cover sorta became the standard for players to wear outside of fashion souls or naked runs, in ds3 the closest thing to a standard is prob just the default knight armor since you get the armor on the cover very late in the game while the other good mid-game armor implies that its previous owner pissed/poo poo himself in it so no one wants to wear it so the artist's explanation that is the default knight set is being welcomed to the club of PCs while the cover armor guy goes

That's a soft-tipped illustration pen, you'd have to be pressing real hard on that tip to tear anything with it. They're a lot more gentle on paper than ballpoints are.

The artist who drew that also does those two characters nonstop. If you draw something enough, you start memorizing all the lines and shortcuts enough to slam out things like it's second nature. It's really less about being good and more just about doing it a lot in this case.
