Just make a team of Azama, Odin, Henry and Caeda. When your team ATK is so bad, it loops back onto itself and unlocks ultimate power.

Often that little extra bit of attack has allowed me to OHKO units that I otherwise would not have been able to. A +SPD Nino with fury would have the same attack and SPD as that Nino, except with extra defenses from fury and not needing to initiate to get the speed.

Does L&D allow you to OHKO relevant units Nino wouldn't OHKO without it? Otherwise it doesn't seem worth it since it makes Nino quite a bit worse at baiting. One of the traits that makes Nino great is her capability to bait heroes and survive at least one defense most of the time. I really like Fury on her because it helps ensure that happens and helps knock her into Desperation range.

They're gonna reveal that a dragon is making Veronica be evil, she'll be redeemed, and then we'll get her Then, six months to a year later, we'll find an even eviler dragon behind the first one, and be able to recruit the first one. This will continue as a nesting doll of ever-eviler dragons until the game dies

Since she's still a princess (and FE doesn't have Disney's allergy to queens and empresses), I presume we'll meet Emperor Dad at some point. I'm having a bit of trouble with the rogue writeup - I really, really struggle to use the class. Am I just a bad player, or are all of the budget rogues apart from [insert favourite here] hot garbage?

I am having a bear of a time in the Arena this week. It's frustrating. I'll be trucking along fine, then I'll have 1 or 2 people die 3-4 matches in. At this point, I'll be happy just to stay in my current Tier (17). Would I be better off trying to get a deathless run on the Intermediate dudes? I've always gone with the Advanced ones, but they're just killing me.

I have Jaffar as my only Lv. 40 5* dagger lad and my consensus is that he's good at wearing people down and can certainly get the drop on folks more often than not, but he has no answer if they close the gap or counter him right after because LaD just fucks him, since he's already a dagger user and these folks aren't known for taking a punch to the face well. If he gets got via a counter hit, the lowered Def/Res by 7 and extra 7 damage from his parting shot should help finish the job with who you have left. He also has Glimmer, which is decent. Jakob's my other 5* and I don't care much for him. He gets Renewal 3, so he can stick around in case he gets grazed and he learns Def +3 which is nice, I guess? He gets Silver Dagger+ which does what Jaffar can do except no extra 7 damage on starting a fight. My Kagero's a 4* and at 5*, she can lower D/R by 6 (but that seems to only stick on infantry and not the other unit types according to her skill description) and she does more damage against infantry as well. That alone is worth taking her to 5^ since a lot of the main threats are infantry units and it means she can poo poo on every other dagger user. She's practically the best and I'd put Jaffar behind her as second-best for damage. Felicia is good for Breath of Life if you're into that and her resistance is rad compared to other dagger users. She's also got Glacies at 4* and mine's sitting at 29 Res at 29, so that's a good chunk of damage. gently caress Gaius and Saizo. Matthew's like both of them except he sucks less because he has Saizo's Poison Strike and Gaius's Rogue Dagger and his voice isn't annoying and he doesn't waste my goddamn orbs when I'm trying to pull colorless from banners I want.

Dumb question, on the units who's C skill turns into "goad" does it still have any effect on other troop types? Are you better off equipping the lower rank skill if you aren't running a mono squad?

i really hope this isn't an X% of the Playerbase gets [Character] event. Those blow goats, One of the great things about Marvel: Future Fight is that the single temporary item was an optional costume, and Netmarbu realized what a mistake this was and haven't done anything similar since.

Thanks for the help. I'm gonna have a bit of trouble with this one because I'm not a big fan of characters that can't kill on their own, but I'll do my best. So let's have a look at Rogues! ![]() It never ends. I endure, but it simply begins anew. Rogues are the other colourless support class. Rather than healing and buffs, rogues focus on softening up and debuffing the enemy before your troops swoop in for the kill. Daggers cause a penalty to def and res in the target after combat, so the stabmans in question don't see the benefit unless they get danced or an enemy mage is stupid/confident enough to attack on the next turn. You'll often see rogues in the training tower, kitted out with top level gear and murdering your squishier troops with lightning precision. "Man," you'll think, "I've got to get me some of that". Well you can't have it t ![]() With all that said, let's meet the rogues. There are seven in total, all but two of whom are available at 3*. Matthew shows up as a 2* in your tower at the start of the game, and Felicia is available from the daily freebies. Felicia is the mage hunter of the group, and like Niles, does this job well. She has the second highest res stat in the game, is in the top tier of spd-havers, but has worryingly low hp, terrible def and one of the lowest atk stats in the game. Put this all together and you get a character who holds off mages admirably, although she'll either need support or a special trigger to finish them off. Against non-mages, she takes the classic rogue strategy of hiding behind melee characters and weakening the opposition. Her skillset is well built for both these roles: she has Glacies, which does unspeakable damage when coupled with her high res, and on the passive side has Breath of Life, which restores hp to adjacent allies whenever she attacks. Keep her away from archers and she'll do fine. Glacies and Breath of Life are her main inheritance fodder, duh. Gaius steals candy from children. He is creepy and weird. His standout stats are hp (highest in class) and spd (just behind Felicia), with his atk being solidly in the middle of the class. On the other hand his def, res and breath are terrible. Put this all together and you have a character who can take a hit but not tank, which isn't a bad setup for a rogue. He wields the Rogue Dagger, which steals ![]() ![]() Matthew is a cross between Gaius and Saizo, with lower attack than them both. His statline is pretty much the same as Saizo, trading attack and a bit of def to bring his hp up to good and his res up to... still irredeemably terrible. He carries the Rogue Dagger to bring his defenses up, Reciprocal aid to keep him or his friends in the fight, and Hone Speed to help his friends double things. He also has Poison Strike, which deals damage after combat based on its' level, although like the Pain staff it can't finish an enemy off, and unlike Pain only triggers if he initiates. Reciprocal Aid and Hone Spd are what non-rogues want. Poison Strike has its uses, and weirdly enough can be inherited by any non-cleric, including mages, although Matthew doesn't get it maxed out at 4* while Saizo does. Saizo is the budget rogue designed to take on non-mages, with roughly the same effect as being savaged by a kitten. He has the standard rogue attack stat of "slightly too low", middling (meaning pretty drat good) speed, the best def stat in the class coupled with mediocre hp ![]() So those are the sneakies, and that concludes infantry. I'm curious what there is to say about Draug. The game keeps giving him to me so I've decided to just level a bunch up, collect some garbage skills to thin out my units, and then merge them all into a big dumb armor unit for monthly quests. It's still going to be a 3*+10, though, because like hell I'm going to spend 2000 feathers per Draug for a silly project.
