Even that's a huge bridge too far for corporate interests though. "I might nationalize a few things one day" is how you get the State department scrambling to get rid of you if you're in a South American country.

But it's sticking to areas where other moderate left and centrist countries feel that state ownership is appropriate. It is absolutely socialist, but it's hardly radical socialism in the way that the return of clause 4 would be, or instant nationalisation of rail companies, or all the power/water companies would be.
