They had nothing to show of Metroid 4 so that thing isn't coming out for at least 3 years probably 4. Wouldn't be surprised to see a BotW situation.

Just watched the Xenoblade 2 trailer, game looks p sweet Do you think they'll patch in the ability to play as someone other than an obnoxious twelve-looking pipsqueak though, because even if they did know enough to give him an adult working-class-Englishman voice for the Western release, that was still the most painfully anime thing about it even counting the gigantic tits on the sword waifu Praying for a character-creation mode

Man I have no idea what y'all fuckers were talking about Samus Returns not looking good, it looks like it controls fuckin' slick as hell, the melee counter is something that shoulda been in the series from the very start and we never knew it, and the quality of life improvements vis-a-vis being able to scan and see if there's hidden items around as well as mark things on your map are all extremely dope

Huh, that's not as much as I would have figured. I bet they'll still blow those totals away though seeing as how they've got to have a fair amount of representation for all parts of the weapon triangle, and that isn't even including mages and what-not. Also I doubt that the sword-lords we've seen are going to be the only sword users, but who knows

As the thread angrily pointed out, Metroid isn't the big seller that Zelda, Pokemon, and whatever are. It's not going to be a $100M game in development for 5 years. It'll cost under $15M easily and have maybe 18-24 months development time, max.
