Quick question, UKMT - I am a senior manager in an IT company, although I do not have specific skills myself in coding or high-level technical knowledge. 1) Should I join a union? 2) Which one? There is nothing going on currently that makes me feel I need union representation, it just feels like something I should do.

That happened to my Uncle only it was a goat with big horns - he lived despite being 3 hours from the nearest hospital. He has fake testicles now
