The fact that Republican turnout is high means that the most likely win scenario (high D turnout and depressed R turnout) isn't going to happen.

Still not 100% over, but the clearest victory path is probably not open anymore.

On the plus side the only polls reporting are in heavily Republican areas. Cobb and DeKalb both narrowly went Clinton. North Fulton is the only reason Trump won that district.

Edit: and now DeKalb is reporting and Ossoff has a small lead.
