btw, Plutocracy Forever?, the Winter 2015 issue of the American Prospect, has the best collection of writing on how to challenge inequality in america from a policy and political standpoint that i've seen. it's a liberal and not a radical publication so it doesn't propose full communism, alas, but it is very good and i wish more dems had read it. the prospect used to have a lot of influence in democratic policy-making circles, but i guess its star has fallen with Robert Reich's.
