I believe the field microphones picked up a very audible yell of "gently caress!" from Rizzo when he popped up.

Baez has the same approach as I do in MLB The Show.

e. Also why is MiMo risking a GIDP by swinging? Just bunt the runners over. n/m gameday poo poo the bed.

has anyone else's mlb.tv recently started playing febreeze commercials on repeat during commercial breaks? i feel like they're missing their target demographic plus they are getting rather annoying. at least on cable there's a variety of commercials

All I know is I'm glad Father's Day is over, because if I saw that goddamn Gillette commercial one more time I was going to smash my television.

Never start La Stella at third again. He can barely make the throw over to first.

Seriously. If it were Bryant instead of Rizzo at first today the Marlins would have like six runs by now.

Dunno. Really thought we should have traded him last year even though it wasn't the best market. At this point I think you have to try and fix him.

Eh at this point I'd say it's a sample size thing. It's not like these balls that were crushed somehow benefited from the park. We certainly shouldn't sell while Colon is barely out of the rotation and Dickey/Garcia are probably getting flipped.

14 baserunners for the Cubs this game and they only have 2 runs. I'd be fine if it didn't feel like this happened every game.
