my favorite one was red dead redemption because while it mostly took place in the southwest i want to say there was a mission in the NE at the end of the game so technically i guess gta: sa did this with the liberty city mission as well

yeah Witcher III I played the opening map and was all well I'm glad there fast travel, don't want to horse across this map all day and then the first actual map unlocks
