People do realize that the Risk Corridor payments aren't a "bailout" and are in fact dollars promised to insurance companies through federal law, right? If a company needs a Risk Corridor payment that means they essentially gave away a bunch of free healthcare because they didn't charge a high enough premium for the claims they paid out. It's not like they took the premiums, set them on fire, and didn't pay out any claims.

Tel Aviv is a massive gay destination and gay Israelis get discriminated against by some ultra-orthodox private citizens, but Israel is actually a good place to be gay.
