Intruder posted:The other side of this is that Harden handling the point was wildly successful and now you take the ball out of his hands on the other hand if you run the rotation well you can have 2 of the best ball handlers in the league running the offense every single possession while keeping the burden relatively low on both so that they don't get worn down. And its not as if both can't spot up and shoot the ball. If they want it to work, it could really, really work.

When Gentry was with the clips he was constantly screaming at them to run and push the pace from the sideline to no avail. That's the only weird part to me but I'm interested to see how it works and they probably weren't winning a title as is so what the heck. They'll probably be less fun than they were last year though

They can put other shooters around him, Rubio would make King Zing a beast, Melo would benefit from playing off-ball more. I'm not sure what they'd give up though.

Some Pelican fans want to be able to resign Jrue and then trade a future first for Pat Bev. I like Chris Paul, but I can't help but feel like the Spurs dodged a bullet here. The team needs to make some moves, but going all in on him at this juncture seemed like a strange move.

Paul and harden also works defensively as harden is pretty big and can cover whomever while Paul gets the point guards.

I hate to see Houston get better, but it's nice to see the Clippers blow it up. Hopefully CP3 and Harden run into each other and the double flop is so egregious that Silver has no choice but to ban them from the league.
