Nope, only US citizens can serve on a jury.

Also you can't be summoned for jury duty in a jurisdiction you don't reside in. My parents kept getting jury duty summonses from the next county over.

Slightly. And it's a lot more available now too. I picked up four bricks of CCI subsonic segmented hollow point .22 rounds a couple weeks ago, and it was the first time I had seen that particular type in stock in literally 5 years. That .22 is sitting on the shelves at all is still amazing to me.
