I remember from past gdqs that dk64 any% was cool cause they did a lot of weird glitches like lagging the game on purpose so that the physics would run twice as fast allowing dk to run fast enough to clip through a door

This is the fixed version that came out like 6 months later that was closer to the actual intended design. 4 playable characters and better level design/controls. There's still a lot of the annoying fetch and escort crap but it's more fun to play

watching the sonic generations runs i missed. looks like they found a lot of new 3d physics in 2d sections that werent there on past years. kinda surprised

That run was awesome. Nonstop tight platforming in a weird rear end physics engine and the runner spoke the entire time and never let the announcer read a donation, good
