My gym has two very nice power racks and an array of 4 benches with no safeties for bench pressing. Don't know why we can't have safeties on our bench press stuff, because nobody asks for a spotter and nobody is dragging a free bench over to the power racks (thank christ)

Setting a new PR for gym idiocy, today I only realized the left j-cup was one notch higher than the right after all five of my planned bench press sets. I'm definitely feeling the difference now in my own j-cups, if you follow!
