There is NO EVIDENCE that suggests that they're using a scoring system that's any different than the one that's built into the normal game. None at all. Nobody mentions any changes in the scoring, Corey and Haley don't appear to know of any bonuses for warps or "getting the star" or anything, and the movie has demonstrated such a lack of credibility to this point about these games that they haven't earned the right to just invent a whole new scoring format without the audience knowing about it. There, can we stop arguing about it now?
