I guess they're slightly less-dumb for doing that right in front of a pool, but man, that water looks NASTY. I'd rather take my chances with the flaming robe than risk a n.fowleri infection.

OK, so that looks like a skateboard wheel, and it's getting spun up by a... jet of water? And then it just fails because of the centrifugal/centripetal forces? Who is this guy? And for that matter, the dude to his right, behind Trump, doesn't look like he's having a good time either.
