What gets me about that story is that the school has a pen to check for counterfeits. Like they apparently get so much counterfeit currency they have to have a pen? What is school lunch 1.50? Like are kids regularly coming in with 100 dollar bills and 20s to pay for school lunch?

Well folks I'm off to the Appalachia ballet. I grew up poor in Arkansas and am now doing ok in Arkansas which makes it ok for me to make fun of rural poor people. Edit: Also if there's one thing that's worse than white southern poor folks it's white southern middle class folks in the suburbs who like to act like rednecks on the weekend before going back to their insurance jobs.
