Kettle cooked chips, like Poore Brothers, are the best. Salt and vinegar, salt and cracked black pepper, sour cream and onion, whatever, just kettle cooked thick crunchy chips.

Unless they are tortilla chips then that is like not even the same food, but also good. There I am partial to "still hot fresh made" mexican restaurant style. Salted and good salsa, all you need.

I guess there was also that motorcycle cop show and movie CHiPS but I wouldn't recommend eating that.
