Worst part is, the Sicaran can die, but Heavy Bolters can't! 21 Heavy Bolters are definitely the stronger choice in the meta.

My friend beat me to the punch buying some 30k fists. I ended up choosing EC since I always loved them but they have poo poo 40k models. I still feel a little bit bad when I charge into him with phoenix spears and his dudes fail their morale checks hehe.

Pretty simple - bought some modelling small slate chips, glued onto a 40mm base, put coarse sand on top to blend the slate onto the base, then airbrushed it dark grey and drybrushed white on top. Then a bit of pigment powder to taste and a black rim.

3000 point Alpha Legion vs Iron Hands tonight in a tide of carnage scenario. poo poo was getting real in the middle of the table.

Close game, no one scored any zones at the end, it all came down to secondary objectives. Iron hands won the attrition war. Side note, dark furies with mutable tactics: tank hunter are surprisingly versatile. Tore up infantry, rhinos, and even sicarans.
