The only thing we're pretty sure about is that it won't be a "clean" repeal, as in a bill that says "everything in the ACA is now erased", because that would require 60 votes. These days, the shorthand for repeal means "everything that can be repealed via reconciliation", but we just say repeal for brevity. Clean repeal usually means actual, everything out, repeal. Beyond that, we don't know what the senate plans to vote on.
