Try a bandsaw, those things can julienne a frozen side of beef like nobody's business. They're not the most portable thing in the world though, your best bet is probably going to be to trick somebody over where one is and then give them a good shove.

They make portable band saws. Usually a 4 or 6 inch wide gap. So as long as what youre cutting has a maximum dimension of 6 inches in one dimension you can use it wherever.
